Presenters
from across Missouri discussed best practices that are working for
them and the patients they serve. The conference also provided an
opportunity for dialogue to occur between the audience and the presenters,
as well as time for networking so participants could learn from meeting
each other. One of the goals of this meeting was to start a meaningful
collaboration among the organizations that share the vision of health
equity in this state.
