Presenters from across Missouri discussed best practices that are working for them and the patients they serve. The conference also provided an opportunity for dialogue to occur between the audience and the presenters, as well as time for networking so participants could learn from meeting each other. One of the goals of this meeting was to start a meaningful collaboration among the organizations that share the vision of health equity in this state.
