The
Third Annual Missouri Health Policy Summit was held in Jefferson
City, Missouri at the Capitol Plaza Hotel on October 28, 2005. The
Summit sold out, demonstarting the importance and timeliness of the
two main themes discussed, health disparities and Medicaid reform.
We
would like to thank our keynote speakers, panelists and all who participated
in the Summit. Without you, the endeavor would not have been so successful.
We encourage you to send any comments and questions about issues
or concerns that you did not have time to voice during the proceedings
or others you may have thought of since it commenced to us at healthpolicy@missouri.edu.
We
also encourage everyone to continue the dialogue begun at this year's
Summit by joining our free Listserv, the Missouri Health Policy Information
Exchange (MoHPIE).
